Service Evaluations

Excellent customer service should be rewarded. If your store achieves its goal for service evaluations, each team member will be rewarded with 1,500 Golden Heart Award points! Service evaluations occur regularly throughout the quarter. The entire store operation is evaluated from a customer’s standpoint during service evaluations. Points will be automatically loaded into your account approximately six weeks after quarter ending. Points never expire as long as you are employed by Love’s.

On-the-Spot Golden Heart Award

If you do something exceptional, like go the extra mile for a customer or receive an outstanding comment on a service evaluation, you could be recognized on-the-spot. The On-The-Spot Golden Heart Award is given to an individual by a district or divisional manager. This award is worth 200 points and can happen at any time! Your points will be available immediately by using the claim ID number on the certificate given to you when you receive the award. Points never expire as long as you are employed by Love’s.

Loss Control/Margin Control

Meeting loss control goals is not always simple, but it is definitely important. We want to keep costs down and in turn keep prices lower for our customers. Each team member will receive 1,500 points for achieving their store’s loss/margin control goal. Loss/margin control goals will be measured each quarter. Points will be automatically loaded into your account approximately six weeks after quarter ending. Points never expire as long as you are employed by Love’s.
